Lot 1589 Bill Buckner and Mookie Wilson
Heart-breaking color laserprint 20 x 16 photo from the 1986 World Series of Wilson approaching first base as Buckner watches the ball go into the outfield, complete with Vin Scully’s play-by-play description, signed in blue felt tip by both Buckner and Wilson, who adds, “It looked like a clean single to me.” In fine condition, with a few scattered light surface marks.
